September Fall Equinox Yoga/Breathwork/Bone Broth Workshop
Register here!✨ Fall Equinox Ritual Workshop ✨
📅 Sunday, September 28 | 2:00–4:30pm
Yoga on Yamhill, 124 SW Yamhill St. Portland
As the wheel of the year turns and light and dark find perfect balance, the Fall Equinox opens a portal of transformation. This sacred threshold invites us to release what no longer serves, restore our energy, and root deeply into the wisdom of the season.
We’ll begin with a fluid, grounding yoga flow to embody harmony and awaken our connection to the earth. From there, journey inward with a breathwork ceremony, unlocking the pathways of renewal, clearing old energies, and calling in your autumn intentions.
We will complete our gathering in circle, hearts open and spirits lifted, as we sip warm ancestral bone broth—a nourishing elixir to anchor the energy of the equinox into body, mind, and soul.
This is more than a workshop—it is a ritual of remembrance, balance, and becoming. Step into the magic of the season and allow yourself to be guided by the rhythms of nature and the whispers of your inner self.
✨ All are welcome.
Waste not, want not, as the old saying goes. There’s nothing modern about how we make our broth. And that makes all the difference in the world.Slow-cooked. Sustainable. No waste. It’s hard to improve on nature.
We DO this:
**Hand-source our ingredients specifically from LOCAL FARMS that use sustainable livestock practices.
**Use ingredients that DON'T HAVE herbicides, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, or synthetic fertilizers. In other words, you know exactly what you’re getting when you read our label. And you know it will be good.
**Slow-cook parts of the chicken many modern broth manufacturers throw out in order to create the nutrient-dense, collagen-rich, mouth-watering foundation of our line of broths.
We DON'T do this:
**Use fast, pressure cooking techniques.
**Use preservatives to extend the shelf life of our products.
