📅 Sunday, October 26 | 2:00–4:30pm
Yoga on Yamhill, 124 SW Yamhill St. Portland
Step into a sacred afternoon of remembrance, where body, breath, and spirit weave together in the ancient rhythms of trust and release. Through a grounding yoga flow, we call upon the wisdom of our ancestors, drawing strength from the earth beneath us and the lineage that has carried us here.
In breathwork, we journey inward, surrendering to what is ready to be released. Old stories, stagnant energy, and burdens not meant to be carried are given back to the earth, transmuted into fertile ground for new life. This practice is an offering—to ourselves, to those who came before, and to the generations yet to come.
We will close in circle, hearts open and spirits lifted, as we sip warm ancestral bone broth—a nourishing elixir to anchor the energy of the equinox into body, mind, and soul.
Together, we remember: letting go is not loss, but the most ancient form of trust.
✨ All are welcome
Waste not, want not, as the old saying goes. There’s nothing modern about how we make our broth. And that makes all the difference in the world.Slow-cooked. Sustainable. No waste. It’s hard to improve on nature.
We DO this:
**Hand-source our ingredients specifically from LOCAL FARMS that use sustainable livestock practices.
**Use ingredients that DON'T HAVE herbicides, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, or synthetic fertilizers. In other words, you know exactly what you’re getting when you read our label. And you know it will be good.
**Slow-cook parts of the chicken many modern broth manufacturers throw out in order to create the nutrient-dense, collagen-rich, mouth-watering foundation of our line of broths.
We DON'T do this:
**Use fast, pressure cooking techniques.
**Use preservatives to extend the shelf life of our products.
